Short & Sharp
A purpose-built training program that is time efficient and gets you in and out in 40 minutes. Targets the ‘Big Rocks” of strength training with a fun little finisher at the end to cap it all off. In this program you’re always moving, and you will get a great balance of mobility, strength work and core work, with a metabolic finisher to get that cardiovascular system working at the end.

The time poor! The person that wants to get in – do it – get out. Weekend warrior or just the general population wanting to remain strong, fit, happy and healthy.

- 12 weeks program (3 x 4 weeks Blocks)
