The IN SEASON program is for athletes competing in field based sports, that want to remain robust and resilient during the 2025 season. Strength is a key component in performance areas such as collision, acceleration and power. Strength also plays a super important role in reducing injuries throughout the season, keeping you on the field.
Duration: 8 weeks
Frequency: 3 strength sessions, 4th optional session per week
What to expect: Each session also includes mobility, activation and resilience work

We offer the option to have a customised 8 week gym program developed for you by leading NRL Athletic Performance Coach, Aaron Sculli. Your custom program will accommodate for your current strength and fitness levels, and will fit in with your training or work schedule.
