PRE SEASON

The Pre Season program is for athletes competing in field based sports, that want to prepare the best they can to perform in the 2025 season. Our methodical approach is designed to build resilience to injury, optimise maximal strength, put size on and be fast, fit and explosive.
Duration: 8 weeks
Frequency: 4 strength sessions, 2 field sessions per week
What to expect: Warm ups, jump / land components, key lifts, finished with core and resilience work.
